Ryan has always had a love for construction. It doesn’t matter how big or small a project is, whether it’s a playhouse in the backyard, someone’s family home, large commercial buildings, TI’s or a remodel project, construction has always been his passion!

Ryan grew up on a farm in a small town in western Idaho, where he learned his defining values such as integrity, hard work, honor, and attention to detail. As a teenager, he began his career in construction by working with his uncle as an Apprentice Electrician, later earning his Journeyman
Electrical License.

After high school graduation, he joined the United States Army Reserve where he served for (12) years. He also served a 2-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Guatemala, Central America. After his mission, he worked as a Stone Mason for Kepco+ and completing projects such as The Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City and the Nauvoo, Illinois LDS Temple.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he worked for Jacobsen Construction as a Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Cost Control Engineer. While working for Jacobsen, he had the opportunity to work on the City Creek Center Project which catapulted a long career working with the LDS Church. He has had opportunities to manage over (25) temple projects throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Following his career at Jacobsen, he went to work for Westland Construction where he worked as a Project Manager, Regional Manager, and Director. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to manage projects in every market including public safety, civic, professional office space, retail, residential, religious, medical, and education/institutional.

Ryan has an eye for the smallest detail; he strives to deliver only the best – because that’s what his clients deserve. He treats all his relationships – Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, etc. with respect and in turn sees exceptional performance and results. He sets the bar for his team and they deliver the best quality!
