Ryan Thomas has always had a love for construction. A house, building or a remodel project has always been one of Ryan’s passions.
He grew up on a farm in a small town in western Idaho, where he learned important values such as integrity, hard work, and attention to detail. As a teenager, he started his career in construction working with his Uncle as an Apprentice Electrician, later earning his Journeyman Electrical License. After high school graduation, he joined the Army and also served a 2-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Guatemala City. After his mission, he worked as a Stone Mason for Kepco+ doing stone work on the Grand America Hotel, as well as the Nauvoo, Illinois LDS temple. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree, he worked as a Project Engineer for Jacobsen Construction where he worked on the City Creek project and began a long career working with the LDS Church. He managed several temple projects in the United States as well as around outside of the US. He worked for Westland Construction where he was a Project Manager, Regional Manager and Director. He managed the building of a police station, professional offices, a hospital, numerous { }, LDS Church History Museum, Jordan River Temple remodel and the HIstoric St. George Temple remodel.
Ryan has an eye for the smallest detail, he strives to deliver only the best. He treats his sub-contractors with respect and in turn expects great performance.
During his career while working for other contractors, he always had a desire to start his own construction company. In 2025, he chose to make the jump and hasn’t looked back. He thouroughly enjoys every single project and is maticulous about every tiny detail. He is a perfectionist on every project and expects the best quality.
